The Mysteries: Self-Care is Sacred

I do appreciate everyone’s patience. The past six months have been so busy. Mainly good things but still at least 20x busier than I expected. You all know I’m in grad school and this semester has been so rigorous and it’s not even done yet. I’m proud of the work that I’ve been making but I am… yeah, this is absolutely too much LOL. I am so grateful for y’all’s patience. I am tired to the bone but so close! And it’s been so worth it. And also, it’s completely unsustainable and things have to change. Soon come, but in the meantime…

I will be getting back to more regular content output in June but for now, just thank you so much for the Grace and patience. I love you all!

This Sanctum Luminus post includes an hour-long transmission that is a bit garbled at the beginning because of my horrible earbuds, but it clears up significantly a few minutes in. I have a lot more to say about the topics in the audio and I think some will find it quite inflammatory but I explain why it would really only agitate someone still invested in colonial ideation. That may be your body’s invitation to you to do some weeding in your garden.

I’m working on getting new headphones, a better microphone, a better set up in general. As folks know, the past year has been an ordeal to say the least. I apologize for the technical difficulties but I promise that this transmission is definitely worth your time to tune in.
